Great app for VERIFIED CELEBRITIES ONLY. Unfortunately, if you havent obtained the almighty little blue check mark you cant utilize the app. But a lot of talent I work with does have Mentions and uses it to reach out to fans. It makes it easy to find out whose talking about you, or do live Q&As and better connect with your audience. 5 star app for celebs.

I like it. The live video feature is really cool.

Ever since the last update,my Mentions app doesnt let me moderate the comments on my page which I find really annoying. My page has 800k+ followers and my team needs to moderate some of the comments that are written,like we used to do before. This update is TERRIBLE, and I have to moderate comments through the computer...It really doesnt help when we are on tour!!! Please have a look into this and change this update,its ridiculous.

I really think its bs to put this app out for ppl like me that cant use it cause Im not famous or whatever not. Its very useless!!!!

A great way to manage your verified page. The "Live" video feature is critical for journalists and meteorologists - it allows for breaking news and weather updates to be delivered immediately to followers.

Sometimes I broadcast using a gimbal and and it only works in Landscape. It will be great to broadcast to my FB page with this device. Now if we could only get an iPad app??!!!!

As we all know, before this update the only way we could send messages was through the Pages app. Good news is that we now have messages directly in this app. Bad news is that it is exactly the same as Pages. It doesnt work. The orange connecting bar will endlessly do nothing, and the only way to read new messages is to restart the app over and over. Also, notifications havent been added for messages, at least they dont work. Please Facebook. Well pay for an app, anything, just make the damned app work. Weve been patient, and over a year is plenty of time to have somebody on your team work out the kinks. Please fix this app.

The red notifications in the corner are constantly there, even when there isnt anything new. App is slow to download even when connected to wifi. Definite notice that the quality of the app when down.

Our rock band Sin City Escape uses this app. It integrates seamlessly with our Facebook page, and gives us features that only verified pages have. From a social media at standpoint it keeps us connected to our fans, gives us great insight & analytics, and also gives us exclusive features that seem to make us stand out!

Major issues with the new update. The App is constantly popping up a "Session Expired" message causing the app to automatically log out requiring you to keep logging back in and then the message reappears once logged back in. Also the notifications are not accurate and shows theres messages etc despite there being none. Please fix this ASAP

Id like more force touch options for the 6s. Mainly to start a live video. Notifications are awkward too.

Ive sent my military dependent ID to verify my page because I am too young to have a drivers license. Then it says it cant verify. Its unclear why, there is no support to fix it. Bummer!!! This could have made it much easier to connect with fans. If you are a fan reading this, Isabella.williams.model loves you too!

My fan page Facebook.com/vind3r was not approved by Facebook staff. Not sure the process. So at this point its unusable to connect with fans.

This app is not really useful unless you have a verified page. They are mainly only for celebrity usage, brand names, companies etc...It would be nice if they made it available to everybody so people can keep in touch live.
