Push Notifications unreliable

Love getting daily Push Notifications for Jay Sekulow (ACLJ) Live. He airs M - F from DC area. Then they just stop. Very frustrating, then I have to switch over to Periscope, which doesnt look as professional. How do I get Jay back PERMANENTLY?!?
